MEFIC Capital announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of the MEFIC Flexible Saudi Equity Fund due to the resignation of the Board member, Ms. Kholoud Al-Ghati, a non-independent member, effective from the date (12/22/1441 AH) corresponding to (12/19/2020 AD), so that the members of the Fund’s Board of Directors after the change will become:

– Ibrahim Abdullah Al-Hadith, Non-Independent Member

– Abdul Rahim Al-Tuwaijri, Independent Member

– Raed Ahmed Al Rahma, Independent Member
